Case 782/22. The General Court of the EU has rejected a challenge to EU restrictions on the import of mica products from Russia.

Heleen over de Linden defended client in the annulmentprocedure against the prohibition of article 3 i of EU regulation 833/2014, to import mica, since the product is listed in annex XXI of the said regulation.
