The Hague court ruled on 2 April 2025 that the Russian Federation deserves the right on immunity of execution of an Ukrainian court decision were an Ukrainian citizen won the case on financial compensation from the RF because of the destruction of his appartment near Kyiv by a Russian missile. Result: The RF has not to compensate these costs according to Dutch law….
