EXPERSTISE & PERMANENT EDUCATION

EXPERTISE & PERMANENT EDUCATION
(Beside permanent Education Heleen is giving courses on different topics).

Heleen over de Linden has registered the following principal legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): General practice. EU sanctions cannot be registered (yet) by the Dutch bar as specialization, reason why the current registration is limited to ”genral practice”.

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

In the year 2022, as a result of the Russian War in Ukraine, Heleen over de Linden has been asked frequently to provide lectures and participate at seminars related to the EU sanctions against Russia. Some examples: Radboud University, University of Amsterdam, Institute Clingendael, University of Leiden and the National Dutch Bar Association.

Attended courses, approved by the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten:
